With your recent comment about supplies being taken to Cadiz, it made me realize, that while OSI does make food runs to Crete, we do not have Cadiz on our list of stops. I would like to remedy that situation. We do use routs that make their way through Omega 5 and would like our relations to be as good as possible. I do understand that there are many traders that take advantage of these outer routs and refuse to behave. Me and my boys and girls will not behave so badly. We do have escorts now to protect us from those that refuse to act in a civilized manner, mainly from those dang nomads and the occasional terrorist. My pilots are instructed to pay taxes if they are reasonable. Most of the time we will offer up donations before we are even asked.
Now you know who I am and I am sure you know that my word is my bond. I would hope you would have heard that we do make runs to crete to bring in much needed food and that we never land without permission and freely subject to any scans neccesary. We are neighbors and OSI and the OPG should ty to live a peacefully as possible. That is why I want to offer our services in helping the OPG get the supplies they need on Caidz. If this is accetable to you let me know what supplies you need and we will make sure that you get them. I want to demonstrate that not all traders are out for pure profit and that some of us can get along.

Appolgies for the delay in transmission. The cadiz base relay was knocked out by the damn hessians adn SCRA and we have been unable to send responses for a few days. All is now back in order and your initial interest could I beleive be made into legitimate proposal. I would like you to consider a monthly fee which is payable to the OPG based on the number of vessels you are willing to send through our systems. I would of course be happy to consider the end destination of your cargos and who they benefit before declaring the tax appropriate. Id suggest a voluntary donation of 20 million per vessel per month and I can add a general note to our group coms to allow you passage through the omegas. In addition to this the Omega Trading Corporation may be able to provide both additional escorts and also participate in an trading operation not of benefit to our enemies.

Sparta is too busy and can't be bothered with these things when there's so many targets to pirate out there.
So let me help and pitch in.
I see you can't accept 20millions.
An you offer 10.
So let's meet half way at 20. So, 20.
Since it means one ship. One zoner ship. Is free to trade without donating or taxing made from OPG 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What does that mean? Well, it means that one pilot can travel with his ship and trade about dozen runs of their precious cargo (like deuterium?) and pay out the OPG. Then, next 29 days, he can trade for free.
Actually, more I read this, less sense it makes to me. We should charge more!
But lets leave it at this.
