Destruction of the K'Tinga and It's Crew - Klingon Council - 06-16-2009

Location: Languedoc, House of Gallia

The K'Tinga, a Union Corse bomber flying Vampirs colors, was on a routine patrol near the jumphole to Dauphine. It's Klingon mercenary crew, the D'rval sisters, were very unfamiliar with the Gallic system despite charts provided by an earlier recon mission by it's sister ship, the Gon'Shar. Confident as they were, it would not be enough this day.

"Tadia," came a voice from the front seat, "I'm detecting two bombers incoming, Gallic Navy readings."
"Good, GOOOOD," responded a very happy Tadia D'rval, "our first kills of the day. Lock onto one and make a run at them. Nadia, be prepared on that aft gun."

At about 3,000 meters, a voice came over the com. "To pirate vessel K'Tinga, this is the Jaques Lahoullier of the Royal Navy. Surrender at once or be destroyed."
Just before the guns of the K'Tinga went hot, the only response of the Naval bomber was some laughter and "die Royal Human Scum." Within a few seconds, the first of the two Naval vessels was destroyed as were it's escape pods. About that time, the K'Tinga began taking gunfire but after an engine kill turn and a few tail gun shots, the Naval Bomber found itself the prey. For a few minutes that seemed like an eternity, they tangled with each other before the K'Tinga destroyed the second bomber. Unfortunately, luck ran out.

"Let's head back to base," came the Tadia's voice. As they began making way there, a frantic call came from the front.
"Tadia, 3 more bombers and a........Oh God, a cruiser inbound."
"Cruise engines now," Tadia ordered but a volley of cruise disruptors stopped them cold.
Tadia D'rval turned the ship around to bring it's guns to bear on a bomber, hoping it could at least fend off a ship or two enough to get out.
Unfortunately, a volley of gunfire tore it's shields down and destroyed where the front seat pilot was. One sister was vaporized on the spot and the ship was doomed. From behind, the Royal Bombers shot up the tail gunners position and Nadia's body lay dead, still strapped in her seat, he escape pod jammed and inoperable.

Then, a message came to Tadia as she sat with her hands on the firing button.
"Enemy vessel, surrender yourself and you will be spared."
With her sisters dead and her honor still intact, she just gritted her teeth, grinned and said over her comm, "You can go straight to hell, Human." She then opened fire with what guns would fire. Within a few seconds, it was then over as the 3 bombers and one Navy cruiser finished off the ship, vaporizing it. Only a few nanobots and batteries remained.

"Monsieur, wasn't that those alien mercenaries who came here awhile back?" asked one of the bomber pilots.
"I believe it was," was the answer, "but they are no longer a problem. Send word of their destruction to anyone who may care.
"Yes, Monsieur."
