Diablo:
I'm told my new group was pirating a Luxury Liner by the name of Harmony today. My second in command reports that they chased it through 2 systems and knocked several holes in its hull, but it managed to get away. As it was leaving, it's captain stated that he would complain to you, as the leader of all the Brigands, because he had been taxed by Vampirs less than 24 hours ago.
Now, this puts me in a bit of a situation. I currently have your faction down as 'friendly but not allied', only because of some...heated words we exchanged shortly before I left.
I have three seperate questions for you: Should our factions be Allied, and Should we respect each other's 24 hour agreements, and, if yes to the second question, How should we inform each other that a particular ship should not be pirated?
I await your thoughts on these matters with great interest.

Im afraid it seems none of my members have answered Le Roll Call so I can only assume they have been killed or Jumped Ship!
