Ok, lets say for example you have an Outcast main in a fighter. This is a hostile to a lot of people, including myself. Alright, lets say you KNOW that a certain character is an alt of his and makes him money mining helium in philladelphia. Do I have the ability to shoot the alt? After all, if you want RP, it is supplying an enemy force with money.
