I asked him how he obtained this vessel exclusively build on Pueblo Bonito and he came up this a story that he built his ship from scrapped parts.
As you may understand i do not buy his story and told him that i will inform the council.
To me it is a big boy with a big theft who needs a big enema if i may say so.
Last time i saw him in Sigma 13.

Not only have you not surrendered your ZBT 100Z, but today you ran from a [TAZ] vessel attempting to verify your ID status. You then "cloaked" in Tau 29 to avoid detection, then "de-cloaked" and attempted to pass through Baffin.
Fortunately, several other TAZ vessels met you there, and verified that you still possess the Whale, and still mount a Slaver ID. (Evidence)

Whilst I struggle to remain unbiased on the matter, these ID misuses shall be dealt with under the same legislation as is standard SHIZL protocol.
U69 you are required to report to one of the 'High-Five' regarding ID misuse, only Zoner Guard paperwork is permitted on the "ZBT-100Z 2". (evidence)
LTC.Mummer's_Conspiracy there have been 3 separate complaints made to SHIZL members regarding your behavior from various parties. You too are carrying incorrect paperwork, but even more serious allegations show you have insulted the Zoners as a whole. First off, its not stolen it was won from one of your boys who had nothing else to lose, but his entire life savings, at cards. It is laden with explosives so you can rest your pretty heads about its tech falling into enemy hands. I will eventually get rid of it, if it be sooner if you buy it off my hands, or later when its a bit worn down from no service and I get a less "finicky" vessel, damn thing has coolant issues constantly and im running low on sealing tape.
And Ill be perfectly honest here, yes I have talked bad a few times about the majority of the zoners. A lot of you I feel about the same about as I would an adder. What I have read over this neural net program and have seen leave, even a scoundrel like me, a bad taste in my mouth. Respect is earned not freely given just not due to who you belong to which should not even matter by the way, and what I have seen has made me lose a lot of it for a lot of you. That is what I have said and I wont change my mind unless im proven differently.
So we resolve this one of three ways. One you hunt me, I avoid you or you get me whatever. Hell even put a bounty on my head Im not gonna whine about it or cause a huge commotion. Secondly you help me transition to another ship, I have a lot tied up in this investment and Im not going to switch at a loss when its still flying. Thirdly you wait, I will be getting rid of it when its next service appointment is up. Ill gladly drop it off at your doorstep then. So do what you will, I will cope and we will all move along.

Also, I am curious are you going to wait till the next service, which may be a while, and I turn the ship in then, or are you going to cover the difference on me getting a new ship of equal or lesser value. Those are the only two ways I will get rid of it.
