Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
1.2 for ignoring an Admin while he trying to talk to you and not listening to his directions.
5.7 for being destroyed in New York and not leaving. Yes, this means if you are killed you MUST leave that system for four hours whether or not the person who killed you is still logged in. That is the advantage of fleeing.
You also demanded cargo from a Liberator with your Cruiser, in NEW YORK. New York is definitely not Order ZoI for that sort of thing.
I've taken your guns, credits, and cargo. You are now back in Order space, instead of Bastille where I tried to talk to you.

Haaaaaaaaaarsh.
Your reasoning is sound. However, I have some minor complaints, because I'm not doing my job if I don't.
When you were talking to my other character, you did not use OOC. So I stuck to in-character. Sorry, but I wanted to be as realistic as possible with that particular character.
And I didn't get the chance in Bastille because the server crashed. Then I escaped the prison and waited.
Also, I was unfairly destroyed. I was afk, clinging to the side of a semi-lawful base, and a random Liberty vessel just happens to lurk around outside of their general zone of influence to attack and kill me while I am not responding? Bad. And I didn't even get to choose to be AFK, either, and had no time to try to spin that unwieldy ship around, or open up the map, just to select the base right behind me to dock into. I'm pretty sure they apologized, but I don't have any screenshot proof. And it made me feel better to destroy that other Liberty person. That part was fun, and therapeutic.

I can vouch for Margie being destroyed by LN, then Margie coming back from afk...and saying in ooc who blew me up...then the LN said sorry..and tried to justify rule lawyering.
Virus' sanctions are fair. so im not arguing about the other stuff, im just saying i was there, i have screens of Margie saying she was afk for a sec, and then the LN being a jerk.
if you admins want them, then ill send em, but Virus was sitting at manhattan when this went on so im not gonna argue the point, as im fairly certain he saw the whole thing...it was in system chat
