The treason of Kimura and the .. early .. retirements of the other two High Command members has rendered the command structure of the Order as a whole , fragile. It is time that we move on from the past and elect new people to the position of High Command member. There are many things which need discussion. While the HC does not exist , rebellions and murders begin to unfold under our nose. So far , the DIA is not harmed by the lack of three HC members , but there is little doubt that we must move on and do so swiftly. I ask you to attend with me on the elections and help choose the correct people for the open spots in the command.
