One of my transports, the Monbetsu-Maru, was destroyed by a Rheinlander in the Honshu system claiming to be employed by your government. Footage follows.
I suggest that whoever this pilot is be declared a rogue and publicly exiled from Rheinland, because the Chancellor does not wish to initiate hostilities with the Gas Miners Guild. We are issuing a kill-on-sight order for this Rheinlander, and we will pressure Kusari to do the same.

Herr Ichimoto, I have to inform you that Admiral Hans Krieger is no longer in capital command of the Rheinland forces.
These duties have been forwarded to me and Admiral Hans Krieger obtained new responsibilities within the staff of Kanzler Rheinhardt.
Kanzler Nicolaus Rheinhardt will hear of this embrassing incident and I will assure you our cooperation of the Rheinwehr to clear the circumstances of this rogue attack on GMG forces.
The so called "Shadow" is no ship of our active operating fleet inside Rheinland.
The Sigma systems are still off limits for every Rheinwehr pilot. Violation will be dealt with accordingly by court martial.
Consider this ship as not Rheinlandish and there wont be any political aftermaths if this vessel gets terminated.

I hardly reccomend you use lethal force to get rid of this rogue attacker. Dont arrest him, or let him get onboard on one of your stations.
