[b]The Deaths faction are not criminals. They have been very helpfull to me donig escort duty for me.
As the New York area is full of pirates and or unlawfulls they have been escorting me to safety with a 100% success rate. They will not attack anone unless provoked. I do believe that you provoked them in some fashion thus resulting in your demise. A small hint leave them alone and they will not bother you.
