Change of leadership in the XA - Jihadjoe - 07-18-2009
Well folks, this has been coming for a while. I'm resigning as leader of the XA. Not due to any specific event, not due to any reason other than the fact I simply don't have the time for it.
I've been mulling this over for some time now and I have come to the conclusion that I may be dragging the faction down. Leaving it in some kind of stasis. Virus seemed to come to a kind of similar conclusion about his leadership of the [RM]. It's time for someone else to take it over. I'm out of ideas and drive now. The XA has been an awesome faction to runeven if I did always regard my leadership of it on loan from Dusty Lens.
The faction is going to be handed over to Tanker, otherwise known as XA-DeathAdder. He'll do a fine job of it I'm sure, he is experienced and talented in roleplay. He' has been almost running the faction anyway over the last few months and this is just me officialy handing over the reigns.
As I said, the XA has been a real pleasure to run. It's a decent bunch of people with the right aims at heart. Keep up the good stuff that Dusty Lens, Del and Zavier started off. They're the -real- xenos and their example should be looked at an followed, even if they are retired.
I'll be staying on in the faction, but busting myself down a rank or two.

All I can say is Thank You for your confidence in me. Though I have never aspired to take command, I shall do so with pleasure. There will be NO changes in the way we (The XA) operate. The ground work that has been laid down by Del, Dusty, Zavier, and yourself Joe, is, frankly, outstanding.
We will continue in this tradition, I know we will make you all proud of the XA's.

I daresay, I kinda saw something like this coming...
Nonetheless, I don't think we can doubt the competence of this new leadership. Not like he wasn't doing recruitment paperwork anyway. :P
