Admin Notice - Player Imprisoned - Laowai - 07-19-2009
Noodles has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on 19/07 for
Quote:3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private, is prohibited under any circumstances.
Sanction: no less than 7-day ban.
Quote:3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.
Consquences: 14 days in Bastille.
Comments/Instructions: 14 days in Bastille - deleting the offending character doesnt get you off the hook, all of them are in there now. Post here when your time is done.

first off. my brother an i use the same account. ive spent three years working up my reputation as an honerable hard working pilot. hes only 14 and has a quick temper.
second off, i know for a fact, he doesnt get upset at people unless provoked, someone making fun, or doing things that are obviously mean or intentionally rude.
third, i cant believe that i cant get anyone to talk to to explain what happened before getting sent to some prison station.
anyone care? id like a chance to defend myself. is this the kind of fairness i can come to expect from freelancer?
and how am i supposed to follow these links you give me when they do nothing but error out in the forums...?

As I am 99% sure this comes from the sanction I submitted...
Trying to negociate ingame to refrain the sanction from being posted, and from what I see on these posts, as I clearly explained you what happened, playing double-cross isn't the best idea ever, neither complaining via forum PMs.
As I said on the report he was already arguing with LSFs before I started to interact with him.
I'm sure if you ask nicely the admins will provide you a copy of the report.

i wish you would stop trying to sabatoge my good character. i already explained to you what happened. im trying to clear this mess up, and i dont need you,(some random person who thinks they know whats going on) who obviously doesnt know what conspired before you arrived, trying to make me look worse and worse, when im not the one who started the trouble anyways. thank you.

I too filed a report.
Why? Your brother, being old enough to know better, Violated server rules Fragrantly and willingly. F Bomb in system chat? And add "your mother" too?
Ask to see the screen shot, then come back here and defend it.
This server has people on it from AROUND the world, of different ages and sexes. The people here try to make a atmosphere here that is enjoyable to all.
We don't need it here, you cant defend him for doing it, and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.

I'm going to add my comments since I was in my LSF char that KMiller refers to.
Let me explain the story from my point of view. I'll let the Admins decide what it is best course of action.
I was flying my LSF char trying to stop a smuggler bound to dock in Manhattan.
Everything fine so far.
Then 2 characters tryed to help me. One was a Weapons dealer (can't remember the name), the other one was Noodles.
Noodles indeed tried to help me, but he got in my line of fire between me and the smuggler, and as a result I had to stop shooting.
The dealer did even better, he kicked me out of direction, so I could not shoot the smuggler anymore.
After the smuggler docked, I pointed out to both characters (Noodles and the Weapons dealer) that they actually had not helped at all.
The weapons dealer took the information as it is, kind of complained, but that is all.
Noodles on the contrary started to insult the LSF. I though he was playing RP so as any Officer that feels insulted, after a couple of message warnings, I started to fire to Noodels some warning shots.
I never damaged Noodles, only run his shields to minimum.
Well Noodles took that even worse and started cursing, swearing, etc. Many players tried to call him to reason, but he would not want. At that moment I left the scenario.
I never thought about filing a report.
Ah and another thing. I remember Noodles calling all of us and I quote "st*p*d teenagers" and when someone asked Noodles for his age, Noodles said "25".
That is all I have to say. I do not know what personal messages did Noodles or or the players interchanged. I did not see the F-Bomb in the system, perhaps because I lef the system soon after.
If anyone want to have some screenshots, please tell me and I will provide what I have.

i appreciate the run down of what happened. im an 25, my brother is 14. i wan in the kitchen making him lunch when i hear him shout something. at that point i had no idea what had transpired. although he is my brother, i do no condone or defend his actions. i beat his butt for getting my account jailed. im sorry for anyone he offende, and i dont want this to reflect badly on me, namely because it wasnt my doing. pease understand i am not a mean person, and wish no harm or insult to anyone. i really wish i could sort this out with some honest understanding, and he will never play this game with me again.
again i am very sorry for everything that happened, and i thank you foe explaining as much as you could. this is the first time i have gotten a run-down of my brothers actions.

He just need to read the rules once and understand what RP is and he will be able to play like everyone and have fun.
Outside of me and the admins, nobody know the name of your trader, so don't worry you'll be able to play like any normal player.
