3a - basicly yes, but flying a capital warship ( GB ) you d attract a lot of attention, keep in mind, you re not just in liberty space doing your unlawful deeds, you also have a modern and efficient army against you that won t hesitate to pulverize you.

anyway, you d like to coordinate it with the rogues ( your allies ) and the hackers ( allies, too )

3b - not sure about that so much - but you can surely ask the hessians about it

3c - questionable. outcasts are currently neutral to the bretonians and so - ambushing bretonians is a bit detrimental for that developement.

3d - certainly. but like liberty, you must not be surprised to face a powerful opposition.

3e - sure - but be aware that every action can case a re-action. so be sure you know who you pirate. you ll realize that the currency called "reputation" is worth a lot mroe than the currency called "credits".

C: Go Into all of Britiania Public Space and Pirate? - Bretonia is more of a Corsair place. Bretonians and corsairs are always fighting, so expect heavy resistance from corsairs, even on the way there
D: Go into All Of Kusari Public Space and Pirate? - I have yet to see an outcast pirate or even go into kusari unless its for rep-fixing, so someone else can better answer that
E: Go Into the border worlds and Pirate? - Yes, but you will need to get a feel of were to, and not to pirate. You never know if an outcast, or any other one of your enemies may be around

*NOTE* When i say Border i mean The Omega's, Tau's and Sigma's?

Lastly What is the Best Wepon Loadout For a Gunboat Of Outcast Origin, Were can i get Wepons, And Roughly how much the Gunboast with wepons and shields etc will cost all together? - There is no "Best" loadout. I spent a month trying to get a perfect loadout. never happened. Outcast Gunboat Turrets are pretty good tho. Quick refire, does some good damage, and barely uses energy. If I were you, I would probably equip one hull buster, one shield buster, and the rest outcast turrets. I forget the exact hull buster and shield buster, but both are available on the corsica outer sanctum

E: Yes. Not really the Omegas though. Outcasts don't have a whole lot of say there.. that's more of a Hessian/Corsair-land place. Taus and Sigmas though, sure.

"Can I go into Gallia public space and pirate" - - Not particularly. Outcast space is connected to gallia space, thus its quick to get to. But, following the RP, gallia is technically hostile to everyone except for junkers. Expect to get blown up if you go that way.
