I know that Cannon and all the other admins are working on it but its really annoying when you are say in the middle of a fight and bang server crash. :nono:

How is that RP. To make it so that ships have unlimited weapons.

To any people who deliberately crash the server either stop it or go away.

People like you are who we dont want in the community

The crashes are not done on purpose by players to gain Codie. Then it would be I think considered a DOS attack. Which can get you in trouble with more then just the admins.

They are most likey due to either The hosts ISP troubles or a issue with the server itself.

Many people believe it is code hunter

and so do some admins i hear

Today someone got the cheating message

New Player: *censored*

Was the last thing before the server went down

That pic is....lawl.....

About the topic, it's not code hunters. But for some reason, the server gets....touchy....at night....

Code Hunters - Bazza - 07-26-2009

Several times over the last few days I've had the server crash within anywhere from 30 seconds to just under 12 hours of me logging in.

I'm certain I'm the victim of a global conspiracy made by the admins to try and get me outside.:nono:

I concur.

Furthermore, "+1".

Until Administrators post up a notice we are meant to assume that these crashes are completely not the work of any code-hunting person.

Lots of people take advantage of server crashes to nab codies.

I highly doubt anyone would go into all the trouble to crash the server just for a bunch of weapons.

Code Hunters - DragonLancer - 07-26-2009

Why are you accusing some player of actions you cannot judge on nor you have knowledge of?

I agree that these crashes are annoying and let's hope the admin's team can find the problem.
Until then let's be patient and if someone thinks he found a bug please post it on the bug forums.

I think this comes from the earlier beta versions of 4.85 where taking missions in Gallia would cause the server to crash, and people begun abusing it to collect codenames. That issue was resolved. If this was still going on then there would be more threads about this.
