Looks like I will have some time to go through my screenshots and write some reports in the next 7 days.
Beforehand, can you or another admin tell me if:
-calling someone 'idiot' in system chat and later in pm chat is a sanctionable insult
-saying 'stupid noob pvp whore go die' in system chat and in pm chat is a sanctionable insult
and how long the bans would be?

I cant remember where, but I think somewhere I read that you will show the proof screenshots to the player being sanctioned.
Right now, I still dont know for what Im getting sanctioned for. Can you pm the screenshots, or tell me what I said? If you want to keep secret who reported the offense... fine... but right now Im not sure what I said that I get sanctioned for.
If Dieter is busy in RL and the other admins too busy or cant access it, maybe the person that filed a report on me will come out?

We cannot show you the screenshots unless the one who reported you agrees to disclose the evidence.
If he agrees to disclose it, then there should be no problem on showing them to you.

I can think of roleplay situtations where 'idiot' in system chat is perfectly acceptable.

The sanction for these offenses depends on the circumstance. It may vary from just a warning (possibly in-game) if that seems to be appropriate to a permanent server ban. It depends. The goal of sanctions is to get people to change their behaviour rather than to punish them for the sake of punishment.
