DXI-DHC Final Contract - Neronian - 08-01-2009
After much deliberation and talks, The Final contract was laid out on top of Director Seido's desk, He read it carefully, going over every detail to make sure everything was to be as it was discussed. It read:
Quote:This Document Legally declares DynoXe International, Hereby referred as Party A, is officially Employed by Daumann Heavy Construction, hereby referred to as Party B. This position includes: The Interception and resulting Destruction of Intruding craft into Party B Influenced Space, The Escort of Party B Traders, and the Security of a Mining Operation Site. The Pre-decided upon prices for each action are in effect unless both parties consent to a change, and is payable to Party A on the spot. Party A has no obligation to Party B's name or relations, but is to treat Party B's allies as Friends, and their Enemies as Profits. Party B has no diplomatic or political obligations to Party A, but is encouraged to act in unison with Party A if the need arises. I, ______, of Party A (DXI) Agree to the preceding terms and conditions, and I, ______, of Party B (DHC) Agree to the preceding terms and conditions as well. With the two Signatures above both Parties agree to strictly adhere to this Contract. Any and All Changes Must be consented on by both Parties to be put in effect.
Seido Grinned at his Company's handiwork, and always loved the signing of a new deal...

He then had it sent over to the DHC HQ for their signing, and afterwards the real work would begin...
