Well due to recent attack that im sure the scra and RHA are aware of on us both and one of the Ros saying they arent outcasts and then a outcast don saying they wont be amoung us for long got me wondering.
Can someone please tell me whats going on? I probably missed something

It is a planned Role-Play scenario/event/story of the Reapers that they will eventually break loose from the Outcasts due to several Role-Play indifferences. This is not the result of some personal disputes, so don't worry about that.
You will see the new development of the Reapers shortly.
