[font=Palatino Linotype]As the new Prime Minister, it is my first edict with which I hereby declare the peace treaty with the Outcasts formed by the previous administration to be null and void.
I do realize it was made with good intentions, and were the term more favorable, and the Outcasts trusted, it would have been a good thing for our nation, but we cannot sit idly by while the Outcasts grow stronger when we are not acting against them, allowing cardamine, or even worse - slaves, to pass through, and waiting for the day they again turn on us.
The Outcasts are hereby once again an enemy of the Colonial Republic. The military is given the go ahead on interdiction of any contraband from the Article 4 of colonization, and termination of any Outcast craft with hostile intentions in our territory.

Richard was on his way to bar on Java. He just left his fighter in the hangar and went straight to the bar. When he entered, the bartender, his friend, started shouting at him.
"Did you hear the news? Did you hear that? Colonials are at war with Outcasts again!"
Richard smiled. "Yeah yeah, I know, I was in one of the first fights with Outcasts after a while."
"Damn, tell me..."
"Well, only thing I can tell you is, that we gave them nice beating. Colonials know how to deal with them. I didnt understand the treaty anyway, they have fair chances of totally crushing the Cardi smuggling. Now hand over some good Gallian wine"
Bartender poured a bit of red wine into a glass and gave it to Richard.
"For those we left behind. Heh," whispered Richard for himself, "hopefully they didnt left behind their money."
