I have an idea for a character that would, I think, require a Freelancer ID in combination with a Zoner IFF.
I have 2 major questions..
1) Is this legal?
2) How would other Zoners treat such a person?

Its legal, its a freelancer being hired by the zoners, or a zoner affiliated freelancer.
The zoners would probably treat you like an ally...
