Posting in 30 minute intervals bumping your thread won't help. Your request is rather unusual, not many in the community would be able to help you. As for the sound, I will see what I can do.:)
EDIT: Try downloading this YouTube video. It has a blaster sound in it negative any other sound interruptions making it ideal for your project.
I'm not sure if there are other blaster sounds out there.

Maybe you can find what you're looking for with www.findsounds.com. Sort of like Google for audio files. Keywords "laser blaster" or something derived from that should find something decent. Otherwise I can't help you, because I can't really access anything more keyboard-friendly than my iPod. Good luck with your project.
