Recently I've found one or two friends abusing this new F1 system. Justifying their attempts to escape interaction by the thought that if the F1 system isn't going to hit them up because they're not in range or whatnot, then they're free to use it as they want, and claiming that an Admin has told them they have the 'RP to do it' or some bullocks. I can see this getting somebody in trouble in the future.
Now, my common sense tells me that this is incorrect, but I'd like public confirmation/clarification, for their sake and any future individuals who may get the idea.

i've never done it, but i can imagine if you're 50ks out of everyone's way it'd be allowed by that rule?

Best assumption:
Even if theres an RP Message given when someone tries to F1. This serves only 2 purposes:
1. Admins are now able to better verify that someone F1'ed during RP.
2. Players can now : "Oh look, he F1'ed. BLAST HIM!" *Engage*
