Golden Chrysanthemums, I have a simple request from you. Whether you view this transmission as a request from an ally as a Liberty Rogue, or as a simple sister of Kusari you can choose at your own descression.
I'm looking to obtain one of your C7-F Orchid Bombers for my own personal use. I have always admired the craftsmenship of this beautiful bomber, and have sought to fly one for myself one day. I find myself in the position now to obtain one, but only by your consent.
I'm not foolish enough to expect to recieve such a gift without offering something in return. I'm prepared to trade one of our own highly prized bombers, the Barghest, for one of your Orchid Bombers. Barghests are an incredibly powerful machine, in the right hands they are capeable of bringing down Battlecruisers by themselves.
If a Barghest is not something you seek, then you may name another reasonable trade offer. But know that the construction of a Gunboat or Destroyer will require more than one Orchid to trade.

So you want an Orchid? Good for you. But we do not want a Barghest. It may be it is a good heavy bomber, which can destroy a battlecruiser on it's own, but we do not encounter any battlecruisers in Kusari. The Kusarian ships we encounter are smaller then Libertonian ships, and also faster. A Barghest would be nothing but useless. I'm sorry, but you have to give us something else than a Barghest.
Tell me what else you can offer us. And also, we do not really need Gunboats, and we definetly do not need a Cruiser. A special operation we have is currently using all ressources we have to maintain big war ships. Also, if we need a big warship, we call our allies which have them.
So please, tell me what else you can offer me.

Howdy Ladies,
First of all I am not going to treat you in any way. But i currently have eighteen Golden Chrysanthemums Pilots on board of my Moral Ambiguity. I got them off a Samura Trade Ship in Liberty and I will gladly tell them that they will come home if Yokota leaves for a longer trip in Kusari Space. For me it's a very long trip, and i would probably be lost somewhere in Hostile Space. Yokota on the other Hand knows your Turf.
A few of the Pilots especially Chiasa wants to get home again. Though others are enjoying their 'Holidays' on our bases. And so do our Rogues. Yeh, but well I'd like to have them being at home again.

In my previous transmission I stated that if these terms were not acceptable, then you could name your price. I'm sensing a snide tone in your transmission. Tell me, have the Liberty Rogues ever done anything to harm the Golden Chrysanthemums? My sisters, this is not a demand or a proposal for an open arms trade agreement. I simply request a single Orchid for my own personal use.
The Greyhound is an iconic Liberty Rogue ship, small and agile, a hybrid of Heavy and Very Heavy fighter technology, it boasts the strength of a Very Heavy fighter with the nimbleness of a Heavy Fighter. It should be more than a capable match for Kusari Naval ships.
If not, the Liberty Rogues also have the strongest Laser technology weapon available in Sirius, the Sammael. The only other piece of technology I can offer to exchange is the Hyena Light Fighter. While it is large, it boasts high agility and armour to compensate.
If none of the equipment the Liberty Rogues own is enough, then please tell me what I can supply you with in order to strike a trade. Being the thief I am, I can steal just about any desireable commodity in Sirius.

I'm sitting in the bar on Ainu Depot as I record this transmission. Myself and one of my trusted Veterans, Danny White, made the trip from Liberty to Kusari earlier today. It was relatively uneventful, some Colonials held us up but I told them to bugger off and they did.
We returned a total of twenty eight Chrysanthemum pilots. I've instructed all my Rogues to rescue the pilots and record the names of those responsible. These pilots we returned today, however, were found in a more serious situation. Danny had purchase them from a brothel here in Liberty in order to rescue them. This is a serious matter indeed, as soon as I return to Liberty I will insert operatives into this prostitution ring and try to weed out those responsible for supplying.
In addition to the Pilots, I also brought various trinkets and ship building materials to Ainu. The trinkets are a gift, and the parts are to help aid the construction of the Orchid. See the attatched images below for a list of the goods shipped. If you require any more commodities, I will have them shipped to Ainu as soon as possible.
We'll be headed back to Liberty in the morning. Danny has been eager to visit the Chrysanthemums, and I've been eager to visit home.

On a more serious note...
I have been forwarded the reports from the Sisterhood, in which you mention additional captive Chrysanthemums and females inside Liberty being held as... Prostitutes? This cannot be allowed to continue. As you state, the Rogues seek to help the sisterhood by delivering to them freed captives and shutting down these brothels. This is most appreciated.
I offer you and your organization whatever support we can lend. Indeed, we have little overt military projection capability in Liberty proper... but we can offer some degree of support toward your 'Rogues' far beyond a single ship... We have sought to open operations in Liberty with the intent of ensuring it remains in check. Though this has admittedly been a low priority until now.
The threat to Chrysanthemums, however... warrants our action. We request... permission to deploy Advisers and Blackwatch units to Liberty, under your umbrella, to assist in the recovery of Sisterhood personnel, and any others who seek their protection. In return, we would be willing to assist your 'Rogues' in other ways. Supplies? Food? Fuel? This opens the door to all manner of mutual benefits between our two parties.
Please take my message into Consideration, my dear. If not for us, then for the sisterhood and for yourselves...
