So, the title says it i guess, is the Falcata strictly outcast?
Or does it have the same availibility as the sabre (borderworlds, no alignment)?

I was wondering about this a few days ago.
The Discovery wiki says it's an Outcast bomber, not borderworld. I would trust that and keep the assumption that it is Outcast and allies only.

You, sirs, are wrong. Falcata is Borderworlds. Not for nothing is it sold on a Bundschuh base. Wiki isn't a primary source. It is just a mirror of the actual situation, and a lagging one at that.
