While i aint one of the people tha' can give ya permission, i sure as hell can ask quite alot of angry questions.
first off, why? is there a reason to park yer gaint ship in our system, when dublin, or yer omega 49 works just as well?
and i'll have you know, we dont like having yer gaint ships in dublin ether. makes us a little nervous.
second, how do you know about 'darry, i coulda sworn that it had been kept fairly secret.....
and last of all, the 'ells in it for us? i dont see any gain in having a zoner warship floating damned close ta kilrea, or some of our other facilitys.
besides, i dont know if the gaurd woul' even let you in.

Um...
Mr. Archer, might I request some expoundin' on all details from you - for example, yer ship's armament, cargo, mission, carbon output, amount of liquid stores, current moorin' location, present destination, yer reasons for your wishin' to park in Londonderry, etc...
Furthermore, I'd like to know why exactly Gran Canaria, a nice scenic planet controlled by yer own faction, the Zoners, doesn't fit the bill fer parkin' yer great whoppin' ship.
Past that, I'm wonderin' why Dublin doesn't fit the bill fer parkin' the behemothic ship.
And even further past more that, I'm wonderin' why the blazes ye want to park the biggest ship in Sirius in the middle of a system that is filled with rocks and mines. Either ye haven't talked to yer navigator recently, or ye have great faith in his skills or your shielding, or he's crazy.
Either....
Any way, I'd like some more information before I reject your request.

system, the purpose of that ship there is research, yes you are right this ship
can, and I say can be used as a ship of war, however we do not carry high classed
arnaments, we do carry the basic arnaments that is required on certain missions,
on certain places, I hope you understand I can not reveal those missions,
this mission however is for the benefit of the Molly republic,

Also, I'm wonderin' why you didn't approach us fer permission to conduct this research instead of askin' to be let in. And I'm also wonderin' why yer willin' tah pay us if yer supposedly helpin' us. And I'm wonderin' why yer suddenly interested in Cork.
So, if ye could answer plainly

3. What's in this mission for you?
4. Are there any of Hispanian descent on your ship's crew?
5. Is this mission approved or sanctioned by the CoZ?

The more ye talk, the more likely ye are to be gettin' in.
This isn't just flyin' into Dublin yer asking about, Jon.
Yer askin' to take the biggest ship in Sirius - the largest and most heavily armed vessel in existence - into the orbit of Cork in the heart of Molly territory while yer openly allied with our enemy - who destroyed said planet.
Ye better be pickin' yer words pretty carefully.

Why exactly are yer "basic armaments" vital to this mission?
I thought it were a mission of peace fer the satisfaction of a nice man. I didn't think that ye'd need any weapons fer it.
Also, yer certainly not carryin' anything a BWT couldn't carry, by the looks of it... unless that's some massive equipment ye've got there. Really massive there. Like... the size of a nuclear powered potato still er somethin...
I'm also wonderin' why it's worth all yer gas and thirty-six million credits to drive yer station all the way to Derry and then "'elp" us out. That's got to be expensive, I imagine yer ship doesn't get great gas mileage.
I still can't imagine what this is worth to you, I've never even heard of you.
And if I know anythin' about Zoners, it's that you don't just *do* things without there being something in it for you.
