Looking for something new to try.
Preferbly a Sandbox game.

Any Suggestions?

Aside from the ones below.
Garrys Mod: I know of. I dont have HF2 though or any Source product for the Free one to work. Might go for this since HF2 is like 10 bucks.
RF:Guerrilla: Comp isn't good enough
GTA4/Mercs2: Same as above.

Elder Scrolls: Morrowind. Incredibly good, especially considering how moddable it is. Oblivion is also an option if you have a good computer, but personally I didn't like it.

Was looking into Oblivion.
I can run it and I saw the 2K Games Pack Bioshock/Oblivion for 30 Bucks.

You want to play a super-duper freelancer-esque game but 50x better [[And also 100x worse thanks to NO MULTIPLAYER!!]] Its a big trade off. X2 and X3 just have so much more one can do than Freelancer, its not just the graphics, though that is part of it. The people look worse than freelancer people though, gladly you never see them except in cinematics XD

X2: The Threat

X3: The Reunion

Get them. They are excellent. You can lead fleets, you can download mods for different things, you can control anything from fighter craft to transports to battleshpis. You can make your own space stations, mine your own minerals... you can do practically ANYTHING. X3's differences from X2 are mainly a much different and faster paced combat experience than X2, and graphics, and of course storyline [[which is primarily optional. You only have to get out of jail, which is just a cinematic that gives you a ship. It helps if you do the storyline up to a certain point, in X2 at least, because you get some stuff that makes your progression faster... but you don't need to do these storylines at all.]]

Both are must-buys for sandbox and sci-fi fans!!!!

EVE online is your super-sci fi MMO online sandbox of super time-using super duper .....

Basically its making an online second life of you, except with gameplay and in the far future in another galaxy. Player politics in this game are HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE, just awhile ago a big alliance called Goonswarm infiltraited a more powerful alliance called Band of Brothers. They got a spy in so high in the ranks that they were able to [b]basically steal a TON of their ships and resources and turn off all of their system defenses that were protecting their systems from litterly TENS OF THOUSANDS OF RAIDERS just ITCHING to gget into their space[/bold]

Almost overnight they lost so much stuff. EVE online mimics life so closely... The markets are the most realistic part. its 200% player driven.

Yes, 200%. And you basically get to do whatever you want in it so long as you have ISK [credits]

[color=#FF0000]Warning: This game has a Learning Cliff instead of a learning curve.

X3 is pretty cool, big brother of Freelancer
Morrowind is awesome too
Elder Scrolls 2 Daggerfall is also a great game.. back in 1996, a little more expensive now and you'll need an emulator but its truely a massive game.
Fallout 3 also made by Bethesda, bombed out world and a little grim but its ok.
