the current format for the lotterys is as follows:

example.
"johny" buys two tickets, for one million each. he picks 5-1-3-2-4 and 9-8-9-6-2 as his ticket numbers. the winning numbers are 5-6-3-5-2 so he wins 600.000 thosand credits. which will be sent to him.
your money can be sent to Low.Rider along with your ticket numbers, via the /pm low.rider neuralnet command.
tickets are 1 million each.
