Admin notice: Player sanctioned - Jihadjoe - 09-03-2009
Ertugrul_Gazi has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 3rd sept 09 for:

The fleeing player must leave the system and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remain in the system until four hours have passed from the time the fight ended.
Using cruise engines to catch up with those capable of thrusting at higher speed than you is not allowed. Trade lanes may be used to pursue or catch up to other ships under any circumstances, even if the other ship has not yet fled as described above.
The fleeing player can fight in self-defense if attacked again while attempting to leave the system after fleeing.
Consequences: Fined all guns and credits.
Notes: Using cruise in combat = losing. When you lose combat, you don't fire on those people again for a further four hours.
You repeatedly cruised in combat, breaking a rule by doing so.

Not once, not twice, but seven times, if I am correct.. And we had screenshots of it (else you wouldn't have been sanctioned..). You were also told by us, by the Outcasts, by the FA there, and even by the other KNF players to stop cruising and you continued to do so.. The Outcasts/GC never fled till the end when we decided fighting 3 on 12 odds, including a cruising BS, wasn't a good idea..

Now, I know the rule is complex, and hard to understand, especialy if english isn't your first language. Please try and learn all the rules to make your life here a lot easier.
