Falcata is not an Outcast ship. It is Border Worlds. Read the infocard...
BW line is in general for unlawful freelancers of all sorts. It's just, some factions wouldn't use it because they are either too poor (so they use civilian ships) or they are too proud to use ships that are not their own (the Corsairs, Hogosha, etc.).

It really does need it's own column.
But by enlarge, anyone who's red to the BW line on the Outcasts tech chart probably shouldn't use them unless they're not red on the Bundies/Hessians/Hackers charts.

Shady Civilian.
Corsair in a Sabre would be shot really or maybe even forced to change.
Since most factions that use the BW Sabre are enemies of the Corsairs and every Corsair should be proud to fly a Titan.:D
