Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Dusty Lens - 09-07-2009
Neu has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:5.3 Characters that are level 29 and below may only be attacked if at least one of the following conditions is met:
a) They do not have a civilian ID. Recruit IDs should be respected if the person is using it appropriately.
b) They attack you first by draining your shields to 50% or disrupt your cruise engines.
c) They are at the scene of a battle between yourself and someone else and refuse to leave when told to leave. (Civilians should leave the area when combat takes place or accept the risk of being attacked if remaining. Onlookers are fair targets.)
d) Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to the piracy requirements.
Consequences: I've ripped the credits off of Neu and stripped your Barghest to the bone. Worth roughly 50 million credits and plenty of inconvenience.
Have you ever seen those old cartoons? Where, say, Elmer Fudd is out doing a bit of hunting and chances upon a baby bear? Then all of a sudden there's a mama bear and he's all "Oh man I really am not comfortable with this bear claw being where my digestive track used to be"?
This is kinda like that, but I'm the mama bear and your digestive track is your wordly possessions.
Don't shoot down underlevel players, it's insanely offputting to be here for 20 minutes and have some jerk come along and shoot down your starflea.
