To All Zoners Everywhere, Mostly Indy Zoners - Doc Holliday - 09-10-2009 Comm ID: [TAZ]Doc Holliday Location: Ambassador's Office, Shasta Orbital Spaceport, Baffin System To: All Zoners Everywhere Greetings, Recently, I have been receiving reports of Zoner capital ships of cruiser designate or larger in House Space without approval from those militaries. I find it disturbing to say the least. If you are a registered member of the Council of Zoners then I don't need to lecture you as you should know better. But for the many independent Zoners throughout Sirius, listen up. If you are going to have one of the following ships, you MUST get clearance from whichever house you are in if you intend to fly through: -Corvo Cruiser -Fearless Destroyer -Jinkusu Dreadnought -Zoner Battleship -Aquilon Carrier Failure to do so will result in House authorities arresting you or possibly destroying your vessel. If you travel through without clearance and are caught, the Council of Zoners will not help you in anyway. The Council MAY upon receipt of proof from the arresting house order you before the SHIZL for a hearing as to whether or not you keep that ship. Also, if you are flying through House space, regardless of ship type, and House authorities demand to know what you are flying or even demand you present yourself for inspection, do as instructed. Again, the Zoner Council will not be responsible for one's failure to comply. Granted, it is necessary from time to time to travel through a House to get to a certain Zoner facility such as Liberty space to reach either Ames or Freeport 2 in Bering. If no officers are present for permission then don't pass. IF you get pre-approval via transmission or whatever, keep a copy ready with the granting officer's name. Something to keep in mind, there are wars being fought in Sirius and an unapproved warship may be mistaken for an enemy. While we may have some differences with Houses, we still conduct business with them so show them some respect. Yours in Eris, Dr. John Henry Holliday CoZ Chairman |
