Bowex Auction of Contract - Unseelie - 09-12-2009 The Bowex Corporation is interested in purchasing extensive Low to Zero G construction contracts from any of the four premire construction companies of Sirius, in the System of the Bretonian Realm, Chester, inside a high density asteroid feild. While most areas contain mimimal gravity, it is to be understood that this is an area comprised of chaotic and high velocity particles of varying sizes, and that each contract carries an expectation of timeliness. The Contracts include, but are not limited to: A single Gate Construction Project Three Trade lane Construction Projects One single freestanding macro Zero G habitation complex Two Asteroid moored Vacuume environment complexes Bowex Auction of Contract - Seth Karlo - 09-12-2009 [Incoming Transmission]
[ID: Research, Development, Mining and Trading Director Syana Kyan] [] [Location: IMG R&D Command ship Trailblazer.] To the Bowex corporation. We, the IMG, are welcome to provide the services you require at a competitive rate. Our transports can move the raw ore into the system, and our engineers from Tau 23 and the Omega's can construct the various stations you require. Trade Lanes and Jump Gates are also not a problem for our technical advisors from the Research and Development division. If you would like a break down of costs, please do respond, and I'll be happy to provide reasonable rates, while guaranteeing excellent quality and service. A small addendum: I have talked with my scientists, and they feel they are not confident enough to fully finish a base. The outside hull is no problem, but the inner areas will need a more experienced company. I am therefore offering a joint contract with DSE. If a DSE representative could respond, I would be grateful. Perhaps we can work something out. We can provide raw materials and help you build the bases, you help us construct the bases and gate/ Trade Lanes and take home a slice of the profits. With thanks, Syana [Transmission Terminated] Bowex Auction of Contract - Quorg - 09-12-2009 Comm ID: Quorg Greetings. We noticed that there is a potential contract here involving parts built by Ageira. While we have an understanding with Deep Space Engineering, we have no such agreement with the IMG, and any IMG use of our parts to generate a profit based on a contract with a third party should be negotiated with us first. A possible arrangement would be a purchase of a license by either BMM or the IMG from us to be permitted to ship Gate/Lane parts. We hope to proceed with speedy negotiations to allow this project to continue as smoothly as possible. Thank you. -Quorg, Director of Ageira Technologies, Incorporated Bowex Auction of Contract - Unseelie - 09-13-2009 Message Directed to: Quorg, Ageria Director While DSE has indeed been offered the chance to bid on contracts, so also has BMM, and as BMM is already experienced in the handling and construction of Gate Projects, we'd not thought to contract with you in regards to their liscense for the handling of such. IMG has every right to pettion for the right to do so, but we suspect BMM and DSE hold an edge in not needing to make such adjustments, and that one or the other, or both, will claim the Gate Project and the Lane Projects. Bowex will pay Ageria in full at the time of purchase, as we have historically done so. As Bowex does not wish to have Ageria enter into bidding on a project it has no experience in, such as construction of anything, Bowex had thought to deal with you separately, as a client for such products as Ageria has historically provided, irregardless of whom won the bidding. If you wish to contest BMM's defacto liscense to handle Gate Technology, we suggest you take it up with BMM, and your own distributers, over the Tau 31-23 Gate. Office of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe. Bowex Auction of Contract - Quorg - 09-13-2009 ' Wrote:Message Directed to: Directed to: DC&H It is not our intention to compete for the contract that you mentioned in the original transmission. We are only concerned with the acquisition of materials produced exclusively by our company that only Ageira and DSE pilots are currently legally allowed to carry. Again, we do not wish to compete for the building contract, merely to ensure that the winner has the proper licenses to procure and transport our products to avoid any misunderstandings between whatever company wins the contract and LPI and Ageira pilots. Once a company has signed a contract with you that involves shipping Gate/Lane Parts (produced only by Ageira), we merely request that they obtain our permission to transport them before beginning their work. We reaffirm our commitment to see this contract move smoothly, as well as our right to regulate the transportation of our products. We look forward to working with Bowex, BMM, and the IMG with this and future projects. Thank you. -Quorg, Director of Ageira Technologies, Incorporated Bowex Auction of Contract - dse - 09-13-2009 Begin Transmission TO: Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe AND all concerned parties FROM: Harry Masterson CCOICC, Deep Space Engineering Dear Sirs and Madams:
We of the Deep Space Engineering corporation feel -- and with all rights are -- obligated to extend our hand to you in this matter. Amicable cooperation between our respective parties are natural benefit to us both, a fact I am sure is all too clear. We are willing to negotiate the construction contract of the single Jump Gate and three Trade Lane Ring Pairs you have mentioned. The remaining construction may be of applicable interest to us as well. Shipping of components, parts, and materials required by DSE construction employees during the course of any negotiated contract may be acceptably subcontracted to a third party, granted that DSE is present at the table during negotiations. All other shipping is naturally at your discretion. We are also willing to negotiate separate contracts of shipping and materials purchase. We are able to supply -- or independently acquire -- all the parts and components required for Jump Gate and Trade Lane Ring construction. We will also be able to provide particular materials required for other construction. Competition for such responsibilities is undoubtedly great and we are willing to negotiation. To put this in a simple bottom line: We will build your Jump Gate and Trade Lanes granted appropriate economic compensation and we are willing to negotiate all other aspects of your contract offer. [ID: Research, Development, Mining and Trading Director Syana Kyan] [] [Location: IMG R&D Command ship Trailblazer.] To: Harry Masterson CCOICC, Deep Space Engineering My Masterson, I propose we take together to the table a proposal for the system. It would be pointless for us to individually bid for the contract, perhaps as a team we could secure the permissions for the construction of the system, and therefore earn some profits in this dark economic crisis. If the IMG were to provide the raw materials in the form of shipments to the Chester system, while also using our defense guild to defend the area. Our Research and Development team can assist in the construction of the various structures. Clearly, neither of us can effectively complete this project without the other, so I propose the following: A straight 50/50 of the profits. Half of it goes to you, half of it goes to us. Thoughts? Syana [Transmission Terminated] Bowex Auction of Contract - dse - 09-18-2009 Begin Transmission TO: Research, Development, Mining and Trading Director Syana Kyan, Independent Miners Guild FROM: Harry Masterson CCOICC, Deep Space Engineering Dear Director Syana Kyan:
Your proposal is sound, and I feel it merits further discussion. While we may be interested in aiding you with your economic troubles by initiating cooperative projects, there are several points that require clarification and establishment. Direct IMG participation in Jump Gate and Trade Lane construction will not be possible, of course, but secondary stations and suppliers will of course be required. The most crucial, fundamental issue is that of dependence. Our standard gate construction projects maintain a level of independence of suppliers due to broad freight licensing by Ageira for specialized components as well as complete lack of licensing for other components and materials. Reducing the number of suppliers of general components and materials to a single party, IMG, will greatly increase the financial risk of DSE in the project. Economic crisis does not serve to assuage. A possible solution to this is as follows. IMG would be responsible for a supply base from which general components and materials will be lifted to the Jump Gate construction site and Lane Ring construction vessels. IMG would provide in whichever way they see fit for non-Ageira components shipped to this supply base. In addition to supplying the DSE construction sites, this IMG station could be used as the centralized supply base for all other construction in the system. Furthermore, the station itself could be the construction site of one of the contracted Bowex bases. With this solution, Bowex could grant the entire contract to IMG and the IMG would subsequently subcontract the Jump Gate and Trade Lane constructions to DSE. This would accomplish the necessary risk buffer while keeping within the bounds of DSE's standard operational structure. Naturally, DSE will not sign a contract with IMG until IMG signs their contract with Bowex. We will, however, provide you with a cost estimate after a basic survey of the system. I hope this solution is acceptable to you. Representive: Paul Ashton. Location: Thames outpost. To: Bowex Subject: Construction project Chester. Well its good to see one of our closest allies expanding. As you already known BMM has a very extensive experience in mining and construction projects. We are more than willing to offer our knowledge and experience to Bowex. As you know we are currently working on a constructionproject in Tau-31. Unfortunnaly due the war its getting more difficult to complete this station. Quote:The Contracts include, but are not limited to: Well when i look over the list of projects you want to have done, i don't see big problems. For this project we would need permission to offer a subcontract to DSE or Ageira to aquire certain parts for the gate- and laneconstruction. BMM can iff needed supply them with the necessary raw materials to build the gate. For the complexes i dont see a big problem. We can deploy several engineers who have extensive experience in zero-G environmental conditions. Well roughly thats it. When you agree we could meet and talk over the details. With regards. P.
