Respected Zoner Council,
I am sure that many of your are aware of Apocalypse Wing's current predicament. We have no shipyard on which we can repair and resupply our ships and our supplies are running dangerously low. Be that as it may, I am not addressing you regarding the repairs of our capital ships.
My fleet, which has been already cut down to smaller class vessels, needs a base of operations. And considering the fact that Freeports (although many use it for purpose) are too dangerous for us to station any of our vessels, I would like humbly to propose Corfu base. As I am sure you already know that that base sells food rations, H-fuel, oxygen, optical chips and quantum multiplexors, all of which are needed for all the classes of our vessels to run properly and efficiently.
You have 3 ways in which this proposal could benefit your respected and huge faction:
1. Freeports would not be used for docking, which would lessen possibility of civilian casualties. Not because my fleet do not respect NFZ (you know we do), but because some others do not. And we do attract too much attentions sometimes.
2. Planet Primus in Kappa would not be used for docking as well; about 15 days ago I have made a agreement with a member of OSI not to dock at Freeport in Delta Omicron. Although many of you are not aware of that fact, but Planet Primus is a result of that quick agreement. In case of us not stationing our vessels there any longer, would also hugely decrease possibility of collateral damage from near-orbit uncontrolled shots fired, explosions etc., which sometimes did happened (not by our fault), putting lives of personnel working at mooring fixture and docking ring at a great risk.
3. By Apocalypse Wing constantly buying supplies on Corfu base mentioned in paragraph above, that would give a small boost to Zoner's economy in that sector of Omicron Theta. Surely, I am not saying that your faction needs economy boost, but any amount of income is always good.
In a case of you accepting this proposition, I would give you my word that our vessels would only dock at Corfu but we would always be no less than 5K far from the base. That way, there would be no accidental civilian and military casualties from your ranks. And again, if you decide to grant us this permission, we would also like to hear your suggestions concerning safety and other protocols.
I am well aware of the fact that chances of you accepting this proposal is down to a zero. I am also aware that Corfu base is not intended for such purposes. But you have to put yourself in my place. You would then realize that I had no other option but to give you this proposition, both from diplomatic and strategical reasons.
Furthermore, if you decide to decline this offer, what will probably happen, I would like to give me a another proposition when it comes to our status on this matter. Any other suggestion would be fine if it is strategically and, above all, reasonably acceptable.
