Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Athenian - 09-15-2009
RNC-Rheinland.Tiger has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 14th September 2009 for:
Quote:5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.
Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:
a) Engaging cruising engines;
b) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
c) Moving more than 10km from the fight.
Quote:5.10 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situations that involves player interactions, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system chat.
Consequences: Banned for seven days. Character jailed for fourteen days. Fined all credits, cargo, guns and that Capital Armour Upgrade Mark 6. And that wasn't even the harshest sentence being considered. Sanction notifications in hold.
Notes: Your behaviour here and in the past shows clear disregard for the rules of the server. You can post here in seven days to get yourself unbanned. You will have another week after that in Bastille.

That is lie.
A) i didnt use cruising engines
B)i was docking with trade lines after the Lsf member order the retreat.(canceled pursuit)
C) i didnt move from fight because bering is a asteroid field and i have the one of largest bs in game so i m not mobile too much.
You can or cant believe me.Im only asking for fun.Btw i was docked on zoner station because they didnt respect the NFZ and they have hole fleet against me.Yes my behavior is in "red area".Can you be so nice and give me the proof if they are telling the truth. After this post they will reply and show me who is boss in game and what they can do too me bla bla....Anyway next time you see me in game talk with me.Please don't judge a book by its cover.I dont know why you have so bad opinion about me.
Well i dont try too say im innocent but i really dont know they will report for that because they break the few rules and dont put them in that situation like this.Please admin next when you see me talk im logical person not mental retarded.i hope they will not insult me because this reply:$.

I was involved in this incident, you repeatedly docked and undocked from Freeport 2, then you proceeded to fire at my cruiser with no notice (Re-engagement). Also last week you shown up in texas and destroyed me without saying a thing.
