This is a mistake , i know this player in game , and he loves RP, he even appreciates and pays generously when pirates RP with him. There is no reason for him to F1.

Hola Atropos!
Yeah I sold both my ships for cheap ones, and sold all my equipment, shields and stuff like that, and gave it all to some random low leveled character who I never met in game at the time (I think he was level 6? - Oh well, he ended up $80 million bucks richer.:)).
So I won't be playing Freelancer anymore... to much Bias, and for an "RP" server, there is certainly a lack-of RP, plus, I was planning to only play Freelancer till the 22nd, till Halo 3: ODST came out, then Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 comes out on the 10th of november. (Thus it was just something to do for fun till those games came out).
I feel as if I have wasted plenty of hours, working for that money that I had (It actually doesn't bother me all that much, it's HOW I lost it, and no contact from the admins about trying to go for an appeal or hear my side of the story, it was almost as if they were giddy with glee to punish someone, well that was the impression I got anyway).
The annoying aspect of it all is that, Pirates are allowed to get away with "Shoot first, RP later", yet as soon as a Trader does something wrong everyone jumps on them like flies to a piece of cow dung.
Don't get me wrong, if a Pirate doesn't RP, then I believe that they don't deserve any cash, they should have to work for it in one way or another, like everyone else does in the game, be it Mining, Trading, Doing missions, Bounties, Body-Guards etc'.
If this report actually pertains to the incident I think it does, then that particular Pirate actually broke the first rule, which was shoot me on-sight, and continuously shot at me, even while we were supposedly "Role Playing (I use that word loosely)", and even broke my shields and continued to shoot me before I even had the chance to answer him, thus instead of risk dying, I then decided to an attempt an escape, however it didn't work, and I was extremely frustrated, thus I used F1, quit the game and went and jumped on Xbox Live for a few hours to cool off, with a rather snide remark before I quit. (Might I suggest there was no Engagement notice either? In ANY form?)
Now, I love Role play, and I will actually "Actively" seek out Pirates, if it means I might get a Minuit or two of decent role play with a Pirate, and when such a rare incident occurs, I usually pay the Pirate double the price that they originally asked for, or if the Pirate was in a group of several Pirates, pay them all the asking price that the single pirate asked for.
However, Regarding the Report, without any farther information on when it happened, where it happened, and which Pirate it happened with, I cannot exactly "Tell my side of the story" (A screen shot only says so much).
And by the way Dusty Lens speaks (Is that an actual language?) I gather his first language isn't English, or he suffers from some kind of mental instability, or just likes to make fun of those who have been punished, either way the degrading attempt I personally found was rather pathetic.
Well, I needed to have my say, I won't be playing Freelancer, and I will never play Discovery again, and thus probably wont visit these forums again either.
