Biography:
Documents show that LeBlanc's father probably was a Lane Hacker named Christ LeBlanc, who's fortune was all due to his Cardamine plantations. Walter also is the youngest of a family of three children: Maria LeBlanc (Freelancer, KIA), and Johnnatan LeBlanc (Smuggler, Serving Life sentence in Sugarland, Texas). He lived with his mother, Kristina Brett ((an unemployed Bretonian civilian, always fleeing from us)), until the age of 18. It seems that back then, he was already having a small addiction to Cardamine, but he was sure that he could control it with ease. Walter then disappeared from Bretonia for a good 6 years ((MI5 has no info about this)) but when he came back, he had a patriotic call and applied for the BAF. He wanted to rush everything, and even though he was a simple trainee, he wanted to be part of any major battle, a privilege he didn't have as a simple trainee back then. LeBlanc grew impatient and his addiction to cardamine worsened, which got him kicked out of BAF. Since that day, Walter stopped to take Cardamine at once, which greatly affected his body and mind. His psychotic habits got him into such a rage, that he wanted to ''get revenge'' on every single Bretonian citizen. Walter spread terror everywhere he flied, until he was arrested and locked in Newgate.
Although it seems highly improbable, rumors claim that Walter LeBlanc has escaped from Newgate.
WARNING: Approach with extreme caution. His lack of Cardamine drove him crazy, and he seems to only accept IMG within Bretonia. He has been spotted opening fire on Mollies, Gaians, Outcasts, BPA, BAF and Bretonian Corporations. He also seems to bear a grudge against Liberty, even though they are less at risk.
