Alrighty so, in addition to the image extraction, I need someone who can make high quailty animation.

I have the image sorted in 72 layers, which I'll send to those who ill try to make it.

Again, be warned, animation must be very high quality, with minimal to no quality loss.

The finished animation should look like this quickly made .gif, with much higher quality, and should be no bigger then 3(4 if the quality is extremely good) MB(this one is 0.25 MB):

The one who manages to make what I want will get 100 million credits.

Contact me via Skype for the 72 layered .psd.

err. - tic, thats a 1 second job with photoshop image.... i mean - nice thing you wanne pay so much for it - but its really literally "rightclick, left click" done.

to add to that:

72 layers = 72 frames - of high quality ( 32 bit )

i d be very surprised if you managed to create one under 1 mb

the animated gifs i made usually had around 64-72 frames - and were roughly 4mb large.

No, it's not. This one was done with ImageReady.

The .psd itself has 17 MB, and it needs to be animated, reduced to 1MB or less and must not lose quality.

The quality of the one I posted in the first post is about 10% of the original.

unless your 72 layes are not centered and pre-masked, you can just "create frames out of layers".

but the example you showed appears to be 16bit - anyway.... looking forward to see people reducing a 32bit high quality 72 layers gif to something smaller than 1mb

I for one won't be attempting this.

Currently leading: Ximen

With this:

Quality: Passable
Size: 3.93 MB, too big.

Since this appears to be a lot harder to accomplish, size limit will be increased from 1MB to 3MB, but quality must be like this one or better.

Or, it can be up to 4 MB, but the quality must be a good deal better then his one.

Hmm... if forum supports the format, go for SVF instead of Gif.

Also consider Ogg Theora.
