The ship formally known as Krazy.Kray formally known as the ToC|Waratah has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: So you're going to just OLOL shoot up the Order ships next to you, in your Order ship, without warning because...
Well that was never really made clear was it? Just a "murder" as you put it.
You're banned until you explain your reasoning. I've stripped you of all guns and credits in the meantime.

Interestingly enough one of the posts provided by the persons seeking to sanction you has provided something rather vital concerning his character.
Your engagement notice.
Apparently one that managed to not appear in the sanction against you. A rather pathetic practice to say the least and one which reflects very strongly upon the persons who sanctioned you.
If this sanction had been about engaging without a notice it would be grounds for a hasty overturn and a strong apology.
However the sanction concerns the extremely grim practice currently perpetrating the Omicrons. One of rebellions, shooting up your neighbors and general devolution into something approaching Connecticut.
I think, unfortunately, that something stronger is going to be needed to return a semblance of sanity to that corner of space.
Your account has been unbanned. Do not shoot your fellow Order players in the mean time. If any fire upon you please pass along the good word.
