Admin Notice: Player warned - Cannon - 09-21-2009
LNS|Good-Hope-IX is hearby warned due to a report posted for:
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
3.4 Attempts to pose as admins, using an Admin's name without prior consent and threatening sanctions is not allowed.
Do not use out of character chat in system or local chat. Do not tell people that they are breaking the rules, particularly if they are not. For reference:
Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:
a) Engaging cruising engines;
b) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
c) Moving more than 10km from the fight.
Since the other player didn't move more than 10km for the fight, they didn't flee and thus don't have to leave the system.
