ProjectX, Seamstress has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

That's not piracy. Thats bizzaro terrorism. You're banned until you explain to me exactly why it is that you felt demanding 60 million credits from someone and then blowing them up was in any way something that was an exceptionally fair minded thing to do.
Also you'll find that your trader has been relieved of half the amount you demanded and your stinger has been stripped of all guns.

You're not a terrorist. You're a bloody Liberty Rogue. As amusing as demanding someone chop off their hands and send them to you in order to survive may be it's about bordering on powergaming. If I asked someone to ship his wife out the port airlock on my Terrorist that's one thing, on a Rogue it's another.
This is more of a warning to you for future references. However as you were pirating right alongside the 60 million demand you've lost all of your guns.

However, I do rather distinctly recall offering you the little bit of money I did have (which was, in fact, no more than half a million credits - maybe my empty hold didn't clue you in sufficiently?), and you two following me down two trade lane rings and blowing me up in response.
The hilarious irony in this, at least to me, is that the entire reason for me setting up the CMR characters is as my way of helping new people... instead, they end up leading to the first sanction I submit that actually goes through.

Well, sadly, no you didn't offer us what 'little money you had'... And mate, ever since that incident outside Alpha you've been on my ass, and I know that.
@Dusty: I just realized something, I've seen people get less than bans, for much worse, and don't go on to me about being 'fair', nothing, AND I MEAN NOTHING about this server is 'fair'. The loss of guns I could deal with, (Even though that goes over the 60 million, the Excaliburs alone are worth 30 million). But the ban, that's just, over the top at best.
Now, as I said, there's not an excuse for it, what I did went over the line, big whoop, one mistake.
With that being said, I walk away saying this one phrase, from the infamous Ned Kelly before he was hanged...
Such is life.

The reason why you were punished in this way is that many people on the server are forgetting that ideally both sides in a fight/piracy/interaction should have fun or at least feel that the interaction was somewhat fair. Most of the server rules are built around trying to make things fair for all players and help both sides have fun.
You are banned until you provide an explanation for the very high demand. Really high demands by pirates (or anyone else) followed by the destruction of the other ship are not okay. Saying that you made a mistake in judgement is an explanation. We will discuss your reply and be in contact as soon as possible.
I can't see how you just committed suicide, unless perhaps Ned said something a little more direct than "such is life".

With previous experiences here, it's usually an assumption that you have committed suicide when you say something that could be taken the wrong way...

PS: This isn't Dusty's sanction even though he posted it: three admins commented and agreed on this violation report. I didn't because I agreed with the other guys thoughts about it so didn't bother adding to the comments, i.e. 4 guys agreed to this not just Dusty.
