pixy has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:
a) Engaging cruising engines;
b) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
c) Moving more than 10km from the fight.
Vessels acting as escorts for trade ships are exempt from cruise to catch up rules for purposes of:
a) Catching up to their transport/freighterner. I.E. breaking off an attack to rejoin their charge.
b) Re-entering a system which had previously been exited.
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
Consequences: Fined all guns and credits.
Notes: A gunboat cruising in combat every time your shield gets supernova'd eh? Nice tactics, shame it's against the rules.
