TCG|"Waratah" has been sanctioned due to a report posted on September 24 for:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Fined all guns.
Notes:
OOC comments aren't allowed in system, take it to private. You didn't even use // or anything like that. And firing on that Order guy near you without saying much, not allowed either.
Oh while we're on the subject, the colorful language, on the border of breaking rule 3.1, as well. Watch yourself.

Cmon, ive just been down this road and had a big fine and was banned , and my ban was overturned because the screenshots were doctored.
Doctored Hearsay reports now huh. I think because i am ex Kray Wing any excuse to fire on me is used.

IL-Salvation was there and he did say , you are not under any command its up to you men what you do regarding the navy attacking us. When a cease fire was called we did stop only to have bhaal be destroyed by navy. So i began the attack once more.
This is why we are there in the 1st place.

I'm IL-Salvation, and I said, I(Key word) have no control over you. As for HC they own your butt bud. No matter if your primary fleet or not. I follow their rules, take their orders just like anyone else. K, now I'm done, just needed to clarify that.

Alright, I was the one who posted the report, and I'll say it as I saw it happen.
Waratah, I was sitting there for close to five minutes, trying to solve things diplomatically between your pilots and the LN, and the whole while you were refusing even the simplest of orders. the Order does not have anything against the LN, we fight them defensively, same as the BHG. Our primary concern is the nomads, and unless you have direct evidence of an infected LN ship, you need to stop bugging them in alaska every day.
Now, during this rough 5 minutes of sitting there, being attacked by over a dozen NPC's, my shields were not budging at all. After you turned towards my ship, I was hit with a volley of cerberus turrets and something else, and my shields dropped to around 3/4. Perhaps you did not intend to fire at me, and were only shooting at the navy, but it was enough damage for me to defend my ship - I dont hesitate when I'm getting shot at by a battleship.
It could be that your firing on me was a mistake, but considering the amount of shield damage you did,a nd how quickly that damage was done, on top of what was just said during this whole fiasco, I'm fairly certain it was a retaliatory attack. Forgive me if that's jumping to conclusions, but considering your past history, the decision I made at the time, in-character, was perfectly acceptable.
If you would have listened to orders from a -veteran- order player, and simply docked at atum or returned to minor to appease the LN players present, this would have been avoided.
You need to realize that some of us have been around for a very long time, there are only a handful of players left on this server that have been in the order longer than I, and I was once on the order high command. We know what we're doing, we've been around long enough to refine our characters and know how order RP should roll out. You cant come along, join the faction, buy a battleship, and declare yourself above everyone else who's worked to build the Order from the ground up.
If you cannot handle the fact that there are people here who know better than you about this faction's RP and behavior, then it would probably be best for you to sell that ship and join someone else. We've been trying to deal with your character for weeks now, and every time it looks like you're starting to get better something like this happens. Learn from your mistakes, or stop making them, those are your options.
