First, the "evidence" you have produced is a composite, doctored scan report. Any name could have been placed where it was placed, any commodity etc. so I would prefer to see evidence provided in its original, raw data format. I shall not cast any aspertions on yourself or your organisation, at this point and the employee you highlighted shall be questioned regarding any conduct, as yet unproved, he may have undertaken. I personally believe in "innocence until proven guilty", so until that point is cleared there shall be no sanctions placed against the individual, unless Herr Schmied chooses to overrule my suggestion. Second, the vigilante organisation of which you appear to possess either command or voice for, has yet to engage in any dialogue with our company beyond this sudden demand for the removal of one of our assets.
