base info cards and rumors - Belco - 09-30-2009

i'm looking for where all the information on base info cards are, as well as the rumors provided by the NPC's aboard the bases.
Mostly, the in game text that makes up the RP backstory of freelancer/Disco's universe, and how i can access it in plain text. (do i need some kind of ini editor, or is it already in plain text so i can view it with notepad?)
not planning to do any modding of this, just some deep history investigation of several factions.
i've tried searching the forums, and tried to use FLExlporer with no success, so i'm asking for any help out there.
would be so much appreciated:)

Wiki doesn't contain all the infocards, and doesn't contain any of the rumors.

Hence the "eventually" in his post. I believe he is implying that people are currently working on getting that information up there.

...But that would be quite a feat.

EDIT: Ninja'd.

Well, kudos to whoever spends a month uploading some 5,000 text entries to the wiki so that we no longer have to use FLDev with it's nifty, efficient, and highly useful 'Search all .dlls for X' feature. It makes things too easy.
