Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Dusty Lens - 10-02-2009
TheMenace has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed.
5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
Consequences: No time for a story, let's just cut to the chase. ZOMG! Your trader got killed! I know! Let's haul our destroyer down to the location for a little revengzorz.
No son. You died. Yer ded. Your life is no more. Furthermore, engagement notice much? Maybe just a "BOO"?
I mean, if you shouted "BOO" that would have, at least, been funny.
To top it all off you killed the lad while he was undocking. Goodness!
Your ship is curious devoid of guns, your bank lighter than you likely recall and your ship is in a curious location, namely the freeport in Delta. But you wont be logging in there, no, you'll be logging into the sun in Pennsylvania. Which will kill you. Then you'll respawn in Delta. A very fun place to be a shieldless Outcast destroyer to be sure. Also since you re-named yourself right after this happened I took the liberty of renaming you yet again.
