SCORPION69 has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: I've put your ship in jail. If you post here and epxlain why you wordlessly shot someone who you are not hostile to, and explain to me why this is against the rules, then I will let you out.
I also stripped off all the guns. I'm intrigued as to why a samura tagged merc is in a guardian with bretonian and IMG guns... I'm doubly intrigued as to why it was docked on a bretonian base...
