Phenomenon has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

Consequences: The event leading up to your rule lawyering at someone in system chat are somewhat shady on your part. It looks an awful lot like you blew up a trader without giving a demand, however I can't be sure.
I am sure that you went and (incorrectly I might add) rule lawyered at said trader in system chat following the event. That's not cool.
I removed both supernovas from your ship. (Why you had two mounted is beyond me)

Hi, I'm the owner of the character Phenomenon.
I was quite surprised to see such a sanction on me...
First of all: "using an Admin's name without ..." -> I suppose that was an error.
Then the "rule lawyering" thing...
What do you call "rule lawyering"?
I mean, we're spammed every few minutes with a message saying we should first attempt to talk to a person before reporting it, but then I get sanctioned because I asked a player (with the // as far as I know) to leave the system since he escaped a pvp fight by docking or was killed (I don't know exactly what trader you're talking about... you know, I'm a pirate).
Could you please clarify this, if that's what you call "rule lawyering".
And a last notice, I never kill a player without a demand. Never did and never will. Why on earth would I do that? I need those traders to pay me credits!
It happens - yes, sometimes - that a trader won't cut his engines after being warned at least 3 times, and will attempt to dock with a jump gate or trade lane, resulting in being blown up... which is quite logical, and even then, I always try to quickly type something like "Engaging #t.".

I was in the System too when that happened, though I didn't bother to take screenshots. Your Corsair IFFed Pirate IDed Roc roamed around a Lane Hacker Base and that other guy was chasing it. I was just not bothering you because I had better things to do.
After I saw the blue message you immidiately started to rule-lawyer in System chat (with // but that doesn't make it better). You continued until I told both of you to stop this. It was annoying and totally oorp.
If that wasn't the incident this sanction refers to, I apologise for posting here.

Dude you'e so full of it, so don't even get me started.
after you chased me around fort bush for like half an minute i docked and you decided it is time that i leave the system.
when i told you that can't be right, you proceeded to tell me you'll report me, etc.
after that i have went to pensylvania and when i jumped back into liberty you just blew me up. no interaction whatsoever or engagement notice or roleplay.
so you can print out your report and choke on it because i have heard reports of at least 3 different people about your rule lawyering.
lets not even go to the place where you shot an Angel today.
Lets not even go into the fact of your Corsair affiliation pirate ID, pirating in Liberty, and docking on various bases (yes believe it or not, not only Id plays the factor) , and later asking "what does //new affiliation corsairs mean."

*sigh*... Well, if asking a player to leave the system is against the rules, then I'd appreciate if somebody told me how to "talk to the person before filling up a report".
About the tag, it just popped to corsairs while I did some missions for rogues, so I came to Leiden to do missions for the Lane Hackers to get that tag fixed. Yes, I was green to the hackers, and I had a pirate ID. -> Against the rules? Or does it count as acting as an admin maybe?
I don't want to be annoying, but "the rules" need a serious revision: they are not clear at all. These kind of reports/sanctions are absolutely subjective.

actually the part where you said you'll report me counts as rule lawyering.
I wasn't going to report you at all, but guess what, 10 minutes later, i enter NY system again and you blow me up without a single world.

Ivan, I was hunting you down because you made me angry. Why? Don't know anymore, but I remember I was angry. I said I would be engaging you before, but you docked at a base.
Then you left the system, but then... you came back. So did you expect me to say hello and let you escape again?

You got angry because you rule lawyerd me and someone besides me said you're wrong.
I expect you to roleplay properly. The penalty for not doing so can lead to this here.
From where I stand, nothing else needs to be discussed.

I asked you to leave the system, with the // marks, as far as I can remember.
You left for ten minutes and then came back, after an action that counts as a pvp death.
I got angry because you docked when you had just a little left of your hull, after desperately flying arround on cruise, hoping that I would be blown up...

As someone, who posted a similar sanction report on this character.
I somehow feel you need to re-read the rules yourself, my friend. Bickering in system, that im oorp for following you in a field, where you lead me, after you attack me without any RP at all, after I shot your no iffed, pirate IDed roc off the Texas lane into the Badlands, then trying to leetkill some LSF, who was observing the fight, only to have your face smacked in afterwards....where was I going again?
