Omega-3 has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

That big ship behind you helping you pirate? Yeh. That's a cruiser. A carrier even. Which means that you were happily pirating with a cruiser. Which means you get slammed just as hard as though you were behind the wheel of said cruiser yourself.
Your ship has been stripped to the bone. Next time you come up in sanction 3 it'll probably be a time out for you.
