diplomatic announcement - Jinx - 10-14-2009 broadcasted from: Zoner Satelite, Omicron-Delta to: Delta and adjacent Systems "A months has passed since we allowed the Apocalypse battle group certain freedom on our installations for emergency repairs to maintain their technology and to keep their crews healthy. - the deal was for the Apocalypse wing to work hard on loosing their fugitive status and to get to peace with at least their parent faction again. Sadly though we have to face the facts that this has not happened successfully. - the Apocalypse wing is still considered as hostile by the BHG unchanged - and earlier reports also indicate that there were troublesome incidents that put the zoners into a tight spot regarding the other estabilished factions - especially in and around omicron-delta. due to those precious relationships we keep in delta, we Zoners cannot afford to endanger the mutual agreements with yaren outpost and their inhabitants nor the guildcore which deploys a powerful military there or our close allies, the order. we decided that the time has come to part with this lenient policy and to apply a more pragmatic one. it was decided to declare the apocalypse as "unfriendly" - and disallow them into our special NFZ zones around ANY zoner station/habitated installation ( except gammu and primus, which are not really ours anyway ) the Apocalypse marked ships are not allowed to enter the freeport security perimeter - if they still do, they are gently to be guided out of it - if this turns out to be difficult, - force might be used, but only to underline our will, not to kill. the apocalypse wing will not be allowed emergency docking either. that means, even if they are approaching burning and breaking apart - they are not to be allowed docking. - but their chasers may still not violate the NFZ. - if they are considered to be highly dangerous for the safety of the station though - they may be forcefully driven out of the NFZ again of course. furthermore, the apocalypse wing will not be allowed to use omicron-74 anymore as a transit route - as the whole system is considered as a special "no-fire-zone". being marked "unfriendly" means that zoners may well defend themselves against them if needed, but are asked not to hunt them. - so we d urge fellow zoners not to provoke them, taunt them but simply to avoid them. - we are not out there to kill others - and we should also not ask others to try to kill us. this ban from zoner installations will be in place for 3 months after the public announcement of this decision. - a time in which the apocalypse wing might redeem itself or worsen things - but it is up to them. it is the time that we will stay out of these matters that are originally not our business but an internal BHG guild business. should the apocalypse wing repeatedly attack zoners, the status of "unfriendly" may change to "hostile" in which case the zoner response teams (ZRT) may actually hunt them down to finish the threat once and for all. the intention is to make this business that we made one of ours.... the business of others again. a business we are not concerned with anymore. i may repeat that it is not the will of the great Zoner Factions to see juggernauts hunt them like fugitives - that would be an utter waste of resources that can be needed much better. a short summary: - Apocalypse battlegroup is under no circumstances allowed into the NFZ of NFZ carrying zoner installations - Apocalypse is to be avoided - They are not to be taunted, threatened or harrassed in any way - the ban from zoner installations lasts three months from now on ( for now ) - incursions into zoner space or hostile engagements against zoners are to be recorded and may lead to consider them hostile. this announcement was decided by the the [TAZ], OSI and ZTC - and was placed for detailed review before the council of zoners. members of the ZRT are to be on yellow alert. - and traders in the area are to use cautioun and detour routes to avoid possible battles. sincerely E. Tate" diplomatic announcement - Apocalypse_Now - 10-14-2009 [INCOMING TRANSMISSION] [DECODING] And now you finally decided to announce this... [spits] decision? First of all, after that incident, of which everyone thinks is my fault, took place, not one of my vessels ever docked or used any Zoner base. It was too logical that this decision will be made, so I gave that order before you even thought of it. Regarding Core issue, ask Roger Graves yourself... We don't attack them. They only attack us. In last 2 attempts (in one my vessel was destroyed in NFZ while Saronsen watched, and in another one, where Core failed to destroy our Wing) also was caused by Core. So, they keep being hostile towards us, not vice versa. Should I contact them to form a official truce? No way. They started all of this. Again, that is fair stance I deem I have on this issue as well. They should contact us. Actually, I got nothing against this decision. It's not like it will change anything, except that I won't be able to visit my friends stationed at Delta's and Omega 3' freeports. It's not like NFZ protected us in the past that much. Many times we were engaged there, taking a heavy beating and who cared about it? Irrelevant again. Only thing I don't like about this "decision" is that we're banned of passing through Omicron 74. I'm not even gonna say that it's unfair. Why bother? I'm sure it is fair from your point of view, considering that you just kept your silence till now, never even bothering to start a official investigation. One thing I'm sure is that this will have consequences among Zoners. I'm not talking about my actions. All of you who agree with this decision will carry burden of your ignorance later. I'm not worried; not - one - bit. Time will show that I was right. You are all falling apart within you, without my help. Now I can only commend and praise few individual Zoners who support me and understand my situation and also, as I've figured out, whole Consortium. Colonel Walter E. Kurtz, cmdr. of "terrorist" BHG BS "Apocalypse Now" [END OF TRANSMISSION] diplomatic announcement - Birdtalon - 10-14-2009 -=Incoming Transmission=- **Communications ID: Captain Lee.Brandon - Order Primary Fleet** ..:[Location - Battleship Wyvern]:.. ----Decrypted---- Greetings Zoners, May I ask if order vessels may "enforce" this ban so that damage to the freeport, and its resedents is reduced? I look forward to recieving a reply. Cpt. Brandon -=Transmission End=-
diplomatic announcement - Jinx - 10-14-2009 from: the Persephone to: captain Brandon, Battleship Wyvern "when immanent danger to a zoner installation or a zoner or an ally in general is to be expected, - allies or friends of the zoners are of course allowed to take actions, too. for assistance we would be most grateful, - however we d have to ask you not to provoke dangerous actions either. - so when a situation is escalating by its own dynamics, actions become inevitable. - but it is unadvisable to help escalating situations. in any case - when a station is about to be attacked, - any force necessary to deflect the damage and take out the source of the damage is allowed - as it has always been the case. Elizabeth Tate" diplomatic announcement - Birdtalon - 10-14-2009 -=Incoming Transmission=- **Communications ID: Captain Lee.Brandon - Order Primary Fleet** ..:[Location - Battleship Wyvern]:.. ----Decrypted---- I understand your concern, I guess it is business as usual for the time being. Your recommendations and suggestions have been noted, and we will do everything we can to maintain the stabilty and neutrality of the Freeport system. Regards, Cpt, Brandon -=Transmission End=-

..:: Neuronal Identification : Rear Admiral Tovig Kelt ::.. ..:: Signal Location : Planet Toledo, Omicron Minor ::.. Greetings. I'm really happy to see this decision took by the Council of Zoners. This "Apocalypse" joke must be restricted and ended as fast as possible. Since all the Apocs are KOS in the Order side, it will be much easier for hunt and track them down now. Thanks to the Zoners for their sense of responsability and intelligence. Rear Admiral Tovig Kelt ..:: Transmission Ended ::.. ..:: Signal Lost ::..
diplomatic announcement - Dab - 10-14-2009 Incoming Transmission Comm ID: Aurelia Silvan Everyone, please keep in mind the Council of Zoners has not validated this announcement. A vote to take similar measures is in progress, but this decision was not made with our approval. As such, we will not recognize any of the decisions outlined in this announcement until such time as we make our own decision and announce it. Furthermore, we will not enforce this decision until the Council has finished deciding on whether to do so or not. -Aurelia Silvan <div align="right]End Transmission
diplomatic announcement - Apocalypse_Now - 10-15-2009 [INCOMING TRANSMISSION] [DECODING] Although we lost 2 capital vessels and 3 bombers fighting against brave 4 capital ship commanders or so, with regret I inform you that Saronsen's "Paradise" juggie fell. I'm so sad... Not. We're done with him unless he wants it otherwise. 2 more of them left on our list. Colonel Walter E. Kurtz, cmdr. of Rogue BHG BS "Apocalypse Now". [END OF TRANSMISSION] diplomatic announcement - Dab - 10-15-2009 Incoming Transmission Comm ID: Aurelia Silvan For the record, the Syros is actually the Arromanches now, that was a change I made prior to my meeting with the Liberty Government in Pennsylvania. Also, it seems the Corsairs made a station and named it the same thing, despite the Syros being in commission long before that construction.. But I didn't wish to be seen as an associate of the Corsairs. Furthermore, for everyone else, please be aware, the Apocalypse began a fight just over 10K from Freeport 11 today. The ships involved will be added to the Council of Zoner's hostiles list, however the entire Apocalypse wing will not be declared hostile until the Council of Zoners makes that decision. Below is a list of comm logs and photos taken of the incident after I arrived from Livadia Shipyards. diplomatic announcement - Apocalypse_Now - 10-15-2009 [INCOMING TRANSMISSION] [DECODING] Your proof #1 shows that you having carrier and jugger against our 2 makos wasn't enough, you damn coward, so you had to invite more capital ships. Coward. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #2 You see, Lightwing here asked you something very interesting. Better that fight took place out of NFZ, then in it. That only proves we didn't want anyone to get hurt on FP, otherwise, I'd attack Saronsen while he was at FP. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #3 also proves you needed 5 capital ships to take us out. Hahahahaaha. Read it yourself, people. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #4 Why did you post this? I don't get it. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #5 You are repeating yourself. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #6 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #7 What's this? I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #8 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #9 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #10 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #11 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. #12 I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. You are really incredible. Fight took place at least 20 k from Freeport. These proofs only shows that you wanna get all Zoners against us. And it also shows you are too WEAK to take us down in a fair fight. Without this additional 3 capital ships, not only that Saronsen would fall (like he did, despite we were outnumbered) but you would fall as well. Anyway, you lack knowledge of tactics also, you damn ignorant liar! Oh... I forgot to mention... You're next Aurelia. After I'm done with you lying b--ch, I'll feed you to our hungry Monkey friends on Planet Primus. P.S. I still don't see that we were in 15k radius of FP. Liar. Colonel Walter E.
