Guild Council Disciplinary Ruling - Athenian - 10-16-2009

In light of this matter, the Guild Council has voted in favour of the following punishments:

1.A fine to the sum of 50 million credits, the first half to be paid within seven days, the second half to be paid within one month.
2. A formal warning.

Expulsion from the faction was favoured by a minority of Council members.

You are directed specifically to section VI of the Code:

Any equipment shortages that you currently face are your responsibility. Replacing lost equipment is on your dime, not on ours. (For that matter, many of our captains upgrade their equipment from standard BHG issue, so while it's not a big deal should you do so - we're not responsible for replacing anything you misplace.)

Any further questions regarding this may be directed to me or one of the other Guildmasters. The Exalted Guildmaster Graves is suffering from a severe case of spawnitis at this time, and is primarily not to be disturbed (more so that he already is mentally, if you know what I mean).

Dear Guildmaster! I ask for revising my case, because I believe I was punished the different way it was mentioned: instead of a fee of 50 mil, all of equipment from my ship was removed, includint the cap armor upgrade which values, if i'm not mistaken around 200 mil.
