Ok, so i know this has been discussed before, however. please hear me out. Currently there seems a large group of players who do not understand english, or have even read the rules and dont think they need to know them. Well, i have an idea. Since we have a jumptimer that stops people from jumping, perhaps make new characters require a 1 time jump password in order to leave penn system. Put it by the rules, in the same area. Then there is no escuse and may cut down on those who dont read the rules. They will still be able to go to penn, but not into the rest of sirus without entering the password in console at the gate. (one time only, from then on free acces).

I voted no, because proportionally, we have the same amount of lolers and non english speakers as ever, we just have more players now so the numbers of good and bad players increase. Nothing has changed in this regard.
