The Liberty Security Force IS Neutral to Rheinland Military and will remain this way. Rheinland does not want any affiliation with Liberty Forces.
And as your brought up the Rheinland Tigers, I have answer for that as well. They are neutral, As they have no reputation with us. And as they have died off as well, I do not think it matters.
